Hello, we’re Jeff & Charity,

We live in the beautiful Ozarks, but often find ourselves in Sidama, Ethiopia where we met our adopted son’s birth family in late 2023.

Their lives have made a profound impact on us. Since meeting them, our new motto is “We will lay the plans, but God will work the miracle.”

Every day we continue to see miracles happen.

We’ve gotten to know local leaders in faith, government, NGO sectors, and corporate sectors. They’ve guided us, as we have worked to meet basic needs, dug our first well, started a sheep breeding business, and hired a business coach to guide our family. These are our first steps toward sustainability.

We are working together toward economic development, a farm-to-school model at the elementary school, and a community health program.
